Overview

A three phase project, construction and renovations spanned over 100,000 SF. Valued at $8.1 M, J. Davis added over $930,000 in additional scope and returned $70K to the owner upon completion. Passing OSF Inspection during each phase, the project features Seismic C category safety systems, a 15,000 SF gymnasium, and a larger road for increased traffic.
