Anderson County Fleet Services

Overview

A project over 30 years in the making, the Anderson Co. Fleet Services Facility was awarded to J. Davis Construction in 2019. Using the CM@R Selection process, and in partnership with Goodwyn Mills Cawood, J. Davis was chosen to guide the county in delivering a facility that spans more 30,000 SF and contains multiple bay doors, administration offices, and a fuel island. Through our value engineering process. J. Davis was able to reduce the cost of the building by almost $1 million without losing function or square footage.
