A major renovation of over 5100 Sq. Ft. for Clemson University is now finished. Once a small dormitory, a church office, and facilities were housed here, Gentry Hall has been repurposed to last for many more years. Project Manager Waldrip said it was “essentially turning a 1900s home into a public use building. Any time you’re taking an old house and making it commercial, you have to overcome multiple hurdles and squeeze a lot of structures, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical into areas that it wasn’t originally built for. But we made it come together because we’re a good team.” This is just one of the many projects we have at Clemson University, and we’re proud to have finished it.
